1. Developer and contact
Witch's Window is provided under the Witch's Window brand by Jia Yan, an independent developer. Witch's Window is a registered European Union trade mark of Jia Yan (EUTM No. 019287191).

2. Game progress and iCloud backup
The game stores level progress, settings, virtual items, purchase fulfilment records, and local gameplay statistics on your device. In Release builds, this save data is also synchronized through Apple's iCloud key-value storage so that progress can be restored after reinstalling the game or moving to another device signed in to the same Apple Account. The developer does not operate a game-data server and cannot access your private iCloud save. You can manage iCloud access in your Apple Account and device settings.
3. Optional limited advertising
Google AdMob and its advertising partners provide optional rewarded ads. The game requests only Limited Ads, with programmatic limited ads enabled. Advertising personalization and publisher first-party ID are disabled. Ads are not personalized. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. The game does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or directly read IDFA.
IP addresses are used to deliver ads. Google uses cookies and local storage exclusively for invalid-traffic detection and fraud prevention in programmatic limited ads. Advertising interactions and technical information may also be processed to deliver ads and maintain security. SDK crash reporting is disabled by the game.
No advertising SDK initialization or advertising privacy prompt occurs at game launch. The first time you choose to load an optional rewarded ad, the game displays an “Advertising privacy” notice with links to Google’s advertising privacy information and advertising partners. “Continue to ad” saves your choice on this device and proceeds with loading an ad; “Cancel” closes the notice without loading an ad. This choice does not grant permission for personalized advertising or cross-app or website tracking. You can keep playing without choosing an ad.
The “Privacy” button in the upper-left corner of the level-selection screen lets you review this information and manage your choice. Selecting “Stop optional ads” stops future ad requests, removes the rewarded-ad chest, and hides the rewarded-ad option for extra moves. This choice is saved on this device and remains in effect after restarting the game. Optional ads remain disabled until you select “Continue to ad” in Privacy. Cancelling or opening an information link does not re-enable ads. Stopping ads does not delete data already processed by providers. A new explanation may be needed if these data practices change.
Provider information: How Google uses information from apps; Google's commonly used advertising partners and their data-use policies; Limited Ads. The account currently uses Google's commonly used partner selection; the listed partners may be eligible, and not all participate in every ad.
Google ad content is limited to the G rating. This does not mean the app is enrolled in Apple's Kids Category.
4. In-app purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The developer does not receive your complete payment-card details. The game may store processed transaction identifiers locally to prevent duplicate fulfilment. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
5. Children
The game uses family-friendly cartoon presentation and a parent may decide that it is suitable for a child. However, it is a general-audience game, is not specifically directed to children under 13, and is not submitted to Apple's Kids Category. It does not provide accounts, chat or user-generated content, and the developer does not knowingly collect a child's name, email address or other direct identifier through a developer-operated server.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has sent personal information to the developer, please contact us. We will review and handle the request in accordance with applicable law.
6. Your choices and rights
You can review the advertising notice, stop optional ads, or re-enable them through Privacy in the game. Your advertising choice is stored locally on this device; it does not change the choices on your other devices. Uninstalling the app removes its local copy of the save, while an iCloud copy may remain available to restore progress until you remove the app's iCloud data through Apple settings.
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Data controlled independently by Google or Apple may need to be requested through their privacy tools. To contact the developer, email contact@witchswindow.com.
7. Retention, recipients and international processing
The developer retains data under the developer's control only for as long as needed for the purposes described above. On-device data normally remains until the app or its data is removed. Save data synchronized through iCloud remains subject to your Apple Account and iCloud settings. Google and Apple determine retention periods for data they process under their respective policies.
Advertising-related data may be processed by Google and its advertising technology partners; purchase-related data is processed by Apple. Depending on your region, these providers may process data in other countries using safeguards required by applicable law.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the game's features, SDKs or data practices change. The current version will be posted at the same public URL and its update date will be revised.

2. 游戏进度与 iCloud 备份
游戏会在您的设备上保存关卡进度、设置、虚拟物品、购买发放记录和本地游戏统计。Release 版本还会通过 Apple 的 iCloud 键值存储同步存档，以便重新安装游戏，或在登录同一 Apple 账户的其他设备上恢复进度。开发者不运营游戏数据服务器，也无法访问您的私人 iCloud 存档。您可以在 Apple 账户和设备设置中管理 iCloud 权限。
3. 可选受限广告
Google AdMob 及其广告合作伙伴提供可选激励广告。游戏只请求 Limited Ads（受限广告），并保留程序化受限广告。游戏关闭广告个性化和发布商第一方 ID。广告不会进行个性化。我们不会跨其他公司的应用或网站跟踪您。游戏不请求 App Tracking Transparency 跟踪权限，也不直接读取 IDFA。
IP 地址用于传输广告；Google 在程序化受限广告中使用仅用于无效流量检测和防欺诈的 Cookie 与本地存储。广告互动和技术信息也可能用于投放广告和维护安全。游戏已关闭 SDK 崩溃报告。
启动游戏时不初始化广告 SDK、不显示广告隐私提示。首次主动加载激励广告时，游戏显示“广告隐私说明”，并提供 Google 广告隐私信息和广告合作伙伴链接。选择“继续加载广告”会在本设备上保存您的选择并开始加载广告；选择“取消”会关闭说明且不加载广告。这一选择不授予个性化广告或跨应用、网站跟踪权限。不选择广告也可继续游戏。
关卡选择页左上角的“隐私”按钮可供您查看说明并管理选择。选择“停用可选广告”后，游戏停止后续广告请求，移除广告宝箱，并隐藏额外步数的广告选项。停用选择保存在本设备上，重启游戏后仍然有效；只有在“隐私”中选择“继续加载广告”才会恢复可选广告。取消或打开说明链接不会恢复广告。停用广告不会删除服务商已经处理的数据。如果数据处理方式变更，可能需要重新向您说明。
服务商信息：Google 如何使用来自应用的信息；Google 常用广告合作伙伴及其数据政策；受限广告说明。账号当前使用 Google 常用合作伙伴选择；这些合作伙伴可能具备投放资格，但并非每次广告都会涉及全部伙伴。
Google 广告内容限制为 G 级。这并不表示本应用加入 Apple 的“儿童类别”。
4. 应用内购买
应用内购买由 Apple 通过 App Store 和 StoreKit 处理。开发者不会获得您的完整支付卡信息。游戏可能在设备上保存已处理的交易标识，以避免重复发放。请参阅 Apple 隐私政策。
5. 儿童
游戏采用适合家庭的卡通表现，家长可以自行判断是否适合儿童体验；但它面向普通大众，并非专门面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不申报为 Apple 的“儿童类别”应用。游戏没有账号、聊天或用户生成内容功能，开发者也不会通过自建服务器主动收集儿童的姓名、邮箱或其他直接身份信息。
如果监护人认为儿童向开发者提交了个人信息，请联系我们；我们会按适用法律核实并处理。
6. 您的选择与权利
您可以通过游戏的“隐私”入口查看广告说明、停用或重新启用可选广告。广告选择仅保存在本设备上，不会改变您在其他设备上的选择。卸载应用会删除设备上的本地存档副本，但 iCloud 副本仍可能保留并用于恢复进度，直到您通过 Apple 设置删除该 App 的 iCloud 数据。
在适用法律允许的范围内，您可能有权请求访问、更正、删除、限制或反对处理个人数据，撤回同意，或向所在地监管机构投诉。由 Google 或 Apple 独立处理的数据可能需要通过其隐私工具提出请求。联系开发者：contact@witchswindow.com。
7. 保存、接收方和跨境处理
开发者只在实现本政策所述目的所需时间内保留其控制的数据。设备本地数据通常保留到卸载或清除应用数据；通过 iCloud 同步的存档受您的 Apple 账户和 iCloud 设置控制。Google 和 Apple 按照各自政策决定其数据保存期限。
广告相关数据可能由 Google 及其广告技术合作伙伴处理，购买相关数据由 Apple 处理。这些服务商可能在其他国家或地区处理数据，并使用适用法律要求的跨境传输保障机制。
8. 政策变更
当游戏功能、SDK 或数据处理方式改变时，本政策可能更新。最新版本会继续发布在同一公开网址并修改更新日期。
