Witch's Window is provided under the Witch's Window brand by Jia Yan, an independent developer. Witch's Window is a trademark held by Jia Yan.

2. Game progress and local data
The game stores level progress, settings, virtual items, purchase fulfilment records, and local gameplay statistics on your device. In the current version, the developer does not upload this information to a developer-operated server. Uninstalling the game will normally remove this local data.
3. Advertising and consent
The game uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertisements. Depending on your region, device settings and privacy choices, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP address and approximate location derived from it, app- or device-related identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, performance data and crash diagnostics. These data may be used for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention and SDK improvement.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) is used to request and retain privacy choices where required. The game does not request an advertisement until UMP indicates that ads may be requested. Where required, the game provides a Privacy Options entry so you can review or change your choice.
Google ad content is limited to the G rating (content suitable for general audiences and families). This content restriction does not mean that the app is enrolled in Apple's Kids Category.

4. In-app purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The developer does not receive your complete payment-card details. The game may store processed transaction identifiers locally to prevent duplicate fulfilment. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
5. Children
The game uses family-friendly cartoon presentation and a parent may decide that it is suitable for a child. However, it is a general-audience game, is not specifically directed to children under 13, and is not submitted to Apple's Kids Category. It does not provide accounts, chat or user-generated content, and the developer does not knowingly collect a child's name, email address or other direct identifier through a developer-operated server.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has sent personal information to the developer, please contact us. We will review and handle the request in accordance with applicable law.
6. Your choices and rights
When shown, Privacy Options in the game lets you review or change applicable advertising privacy choices. You can remove locally stored game data by uninstalling the app.
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Data controlled independently by Google or Apple may need to be requested through their privacy tools. To contact the developer, email contact@witchswindow.com.
7. Retention, recipients and international processing
The developer retains data under the developer's control only for as long as needed for the purposes described above. On-device data normally remains until the app or its data is removed. Google and Apple determine retention periods for data they process under their respective policies.
Advertising-related data may be processed by Google and its advertising technology partners; purchase-related data is processed by Apple. Depending on your region, these providers may process data in other countries using safeguards required by applicable law.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the game's features, SDKs or data practices change. The current version will be posted at the same public URL and its update date will be revised.

4. 应用内购买

6. 您的选择与权利
游戏显示“隐私”入口时，您可以查看或修改适用的广告隐私选择。卸载应用通常会删除本地游戏数据。

7. 保存、接收方和跨境处理
